
We are excited to share The Wellness Institute is offering weekly yoga sessions for all faculty and staff, as of Friday, September 29. The sessions are led by Arlene Lawrence, a certified yoga instructor and a current doctoral student in Counseling Psychology. Arlene leads attendees through a combination of Ashtanga styles and vinyasa that incorporate elements of flexibility, meditation, and breathing in a calming and supportive atmosphere. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, including those new to yoga.
