Ugh, exercise! The start of a new routine. Quitting the routine. The guilt of another failed attempt. To many people, exercise means discomfort and failure.  But that isn’t what it means to us!

Movement is gardening, walking with friends, and going for a bike ride.  Movement could also be lifting weights, going to exercise classes, and running a marathon. Movement varies based upon who you are, where you are at, and where you want to go.

Why use the word movement rather than exercise?

Because movement is anything that improves your health but also makes you feel happy, motivated, and accomplished.

Our experiences and confidence levels around exercise vary greatly (and so should our choices).

We’re here to help meet you where you are and guide you along a path toward sustainable and enjoyable movements and activities.
